Now that the bronze fountains are installed, the tile contractors are busy resetting the reclaimed original tiles and the new replacements. While the rains slowed progress, the sunny days have allowed them to near completion of the northwest courtyard. The image below shows the tile work being done. Once the tile work is complete, sod will be laid. The Office of the Capitol Commission expects work on the Nebraska State Capitol Courtyard Fountain Project to be completed in July.
