The Nebraska State Patrol has RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING SECURITY AT STATE CAPITOL BUILIDNG LINCOLN, NEBRASKA and the Office of the Capitol Commission has RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING USE OF STATE CAPITOL LINCOLN, NEBRASKA

Building Hours

  • Monday ‐ Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Saturday ⁄ Holidays: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Sunday: 1 to 5 p.m.

  • Tour Office: (402) 471-0448

  • Free Guided Tours Begin at the North Entrance on Second Floor
