Teachers and Students

Teachers and students will find educational materials and curriculum which use the artwork and symbolism of the Nebraska State Capitol to reinforce the Nebraska State standards for art and social studies. Some of the exercises and slide shows are tied directly to the standards they address.  Other materials are more general in natural and follow the information presented on the guided tour of the Capitol.

History Nebraska has student-driven learning opportunities for virtual and on-site visits to the History Nebraska Museum.

Humanities Nebraska provides programs and learning opportunities to spark curiosity about the humanities and Nebraska. Programs are held across the state and many programs are free.
