Testing has begun on the Capitol courtyard fountains. Contractors and Office of the Capitol Commission staff are in the final test phase of the project. The courtyard fountains are flowing and final adjustments are being made to the volume of water and the height of the jet in the center. Capitol visitors and staff are already enjoying the sound and sparkle of the water from the second floor balconies and offices. The fountains are scheduled for a one month test period before the official dedication this fall in conjunction with the Nebraska Sesquicentennial Commission’s September 22-23, 2017 celebration of Nebraska’s first 150 years.[RoyalSlider Error] No post attachments found.
