The 104th Nebraska Unicameral Legislature will convene at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday January 7, 2015. New senators will be sworn in and speaker and committee chair elections held. On Thursday January 8th at 10:30 a.m. Pete Ricketts will be sworn in as Governor of Nebraska in the George W. Norris Legislative Chamber. The public is welcome to view the Legislature via the 3rd floor balconies and attend the opening day and swearing in ceremonies.
