The Capitol will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after. The building will open at 10:00 am on Saturday and 1:00 pm on Sunday for regular scheduled tours.

This relief sculpture of the Mayflower Compact by Lee Lawrie on the East Facade of the Nebraska State Capitol shows the pilgrims on the Mayflower laying the legal foundation for the new colony prior to leaving the ship.
