The Southeast Nebraska Amateur Ham Radio Club and Nebraska Hams will have a special broadcast from Noon – 5:00 p.m. in the Memorial Chamber of the Nebraska State Capitol to celebrate Nebraska’s birthday.  The public is invited to come to the 14th floor when the building opens at 1:00 p.m. to learn more about HAM operators and their service work in times of emergency.
