The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed changes to the following regulations:
Title 405 NAC 1 – Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (ICF/DD) Reimbursement Protection Act.
The proposed changes remove duplicate statutory language from the regulations and update formatting. There are no other substantive changes to the regulations.
Title 405 NAC 2 – Nursing Facility Quality Assurance Assessment Act.
The proposed changes remove duplicate statutory language from the regulations and update formatting. There are no other substantive changes to the regulations.
