The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed REPEAL of Title 479, Chapter 9 of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) – Emergency Assistance to Needy Families. The regulations are proposed for REPEAL in their entirety as the regulations are duplicative of the current 468 NAC 6, which governs Emergency Assistance to Needy Families with Children.
