The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed REPEAL of Title172, Chapter 14 of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) – Use of Automated External Defibrillators. These regulations govern the acquiring and use of automated external defibrillators. The regulations are proposed for REPEAL in their entirety as the regulations are duplicative of statutory language and are unnecessary.
