The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on the proposed REPEAL of Title 479, Chapter 4 of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) – Medical Eligibility. The regulations govern eligibility for medical care and services for children who do not have sufficient income to meet their medical needs. The regulations are proposed for REPEAL in their entirety as the regulations are duplicative of regulations found in Title 471 NAC (services), Title 477 NAC (eligibility), and Title 482 NAC (managed care) under the Division of Medicaid and Long-Term Care.
