The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed REPEAL of Title174, Chapter 2 of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) – Adoption Forms and Certificate of Birth. These regulations are comprised of forms related to adoptions and the release of information. The regulations are proposed for REPEAL in their entirety as the regulations are unnecessary as the public is not required to utilize the forms established in regulations. The forms will still be available for public use.
