The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed REPEAL of Title 174 Chapter 10, of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) – Method of Amending Certificates and Reports. These regulations identify methods the agency uses to amend vital records certificates and reports. The regulations are proposed for REPEAL in their entirety as the regulations governed internal agency process and are unnecessary. The process by which the agency amends vital records certificates and reports will be established by internal policy.
