The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on the proposed REPEAL of Title 207, Chapter 1 of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) – Rules of Practice and Procedures for Administrative Hearings Before the Department of Public Institutions. The regulations are proposed for REPEAL in their entirety as the Department of Public Institutions no longer exists and the regulations regarding contested hearings before the Department can be found in Title 465 Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC), Introduction to the Program Manual.
