The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed changes to Title 180, Chapter 1 of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) – General Provisions. The chapter describes the records, inspections, and tests required for all individuals who receive, possess, use, transfer, own, or acquire any radioactive material or radiation generating equipment or naturally occurring radioactive material. The proposed changes remove duplicative statutory language from the regulations and update formatting.
