The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed changes to Title 180, Chapter 3 of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) – Licensing of Radioactive Material. The chapter governs the licensing of radioactive material and the recognition of reciprocal licensing from another jurisdiction. The proposed changes ensure the regulation is compatible with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations; correct typographical errors and incorrect references; and update formatting.
