This is a meeting of the Commission at which the official business of the Commission is conducted. As indicated the meeting will convene in the Staybridge Room at 9:00am on February 27, and will continue on that date until recessed or adjourned, whichever shall occur first. If recessed the meeting will reconvene at 9:00am on February 28. At 10:00 a.m. February 27, 2020, the Commission will conduct a public hearing on the adoption of proposed amendments to Nebraska Administrative Code, Title 299, Chapters 3 and 7, relating to the maintenance of real estate trust accounts and allowable hours for continuing education. The regulatory changes have no fiscal impact to the general public and may minimally decrease expenditures by Nebraska Real Estate Commission and regulated persons.
