The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed changes to Title 172, Chapter 168 of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) – Certification of a Registered Environmental Health Specialist. The proposed changes remove all duplicative statutory language from the regulations and remove any repetitive regulatory language found in 172 NAC 10. The proposed changes update definitions; clarify activities that constitute unprofessional conduct; update examination eligibility for the practical examination; and update formatting.
