The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed changes to Title 471, Chapter 9 of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) – Home Health Care Agencies. These regulations govern home health services provided to eligible clients under Nebraska’s Medicaid program. The proposed changes are not substantive and do not change the scope of work. The proposed changes remove duplicate statutory and inconsistent language from the regulations, restructure the regulatory chapter, and ensure compliance with the State Plan, other NAC chapters, federal law, and best practices.
