Civic Nebraska will hold a civic education event in the 2nd floor Rotunda of the Nebraska Capitol recognizing the seven 5th grade finalists and officially hold the state’s first Nebraska’s Kid Governor’s Inauguration at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday January 13, 2026.
