The Nebraska Tourism Commission launched the 2013 Nebraska Passport adventure with a news conference in the Capitol Rotunda. Tourism Executive Director Kathy McKillip, along with State Senator Ken Schilz and representatives from the Nebraska tourism industry, promoted the Passport program as a great opportunity for visitors to get to know Nebraska. Each of the ten themed tours provides visitors with numerous opportunities to enjoy an unique Nebraska experience. At the news conference the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission introduced their Great Park Pursuit program. The two programs work together to get Nebraskans and others out to enjoy the many fun and educational activites available in the state. The programs are supported by the Nebraska Hotel and Motel Association and the Nebraska Lottery.
