NMEA Valentine’s Day Concert
2nd Floor RotundaThe Nebraska Music Education Association will sponsor the Otte-Blair Middle School Jazz Band at 12:00 p.m. and the Skutt High School Chamber Choir at 12:30 p.m. in concerts in the 2nd floor rotunda of the Nebraska State Capitol.
Glow Big Red
Capitol GroundsWeather and roof conditions permitting the tower of the Capitol will be lit red the evening of February 14 for the University of Nebraska Foundation's annual 24 hours of Husker Giving event.
Hand Vote Counting Display
First Floor DisplayThe Nebraska Voter Accuracy Project and Concerned Citizens of NE will host a day long display in the first floor rotunda of the Capitol. The group will demonstrate processes involved with hand counting procedures for elections from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
