Nebraskans for the Arts will host a day in the Nebraska Capitol for artists, arts leaders and arts educators on Wednesday February 4, 2026. Activities will include a poster display from 9:00 - 1:00 in first floor rotunda of the Capitol.

The Nebraska Music Education Association will host a noontime concert in the second floor rotunda of the Nebraska Capitol on February 4 to celebrate Arts and Culture Day in the Capitol. Two groups will perform, the first at 12:00 p.m. and the second at 12:30 p.m.

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Nebraska Chapter will have a week-long display educating visitors on the services provided by the AFSP Nebraska Chapter. The display will include a memorial quilt.
