Day of Remembrance: Genoa Indian Industrial Boarding School

The tower of the Nebraska State Capitol will be illuminated with orange light to honor the survivors of the Genoa Indian Industrial Boarding School. LB 280 passed in the 107th Nebraska Legislature designates February 20 as annual day of remembrance.
