The Intertribal Medicine Collective will celebrate and acknowledge October 9, 2023 as Indigenous People's Day with speakers on the north plaza of the Nebraska State Capitol and then a march around the Capitol on the public sidewalks. the group will be on the Capitol grounds from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

The Capitol will be open for holiday hours on Monday October 9, 2023.

Men will come together on the north plaza of the Nebraska State Capitol on Saturday October 14, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for reflection and prayer.

The Pancreatic Cancer Association is sponsoring the Capitol's tower to be lit purple during the evenings of November 3 - 5, 2023 to draw awareness to Pancreatic Cancer.
