The flags at the Capitol will fly at half-staff from September 8 - September 11 to honor fallen Lincoln Police Officer Mario Herrera. Flags flying at half-staff on Friday September 11, Patriot Day, will also honor the victims of the September 11, 2001 terror attacks. |
