Capitol Events

On September 30 at 11:00 a.m., on Every Child Matters Day, the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska will hold a remembrance gathering on the north plaza of the Nebraska State Capitol and then walk around the Capitol to honor their indigenous ancestors forcibly removed from their homes and sent to boarding schools.
