Each of the four courtyards is landscaped in a similar manner. Lodense Privet hedges, Lingustrum vulgare ‘Lodense’, line the interior sidewalks, rose beds and enclose the circular annual beds surrounding the central fountain. The planting beds around the exterior sidewalks are filled with perennial flowering shrubs. Each courtyard has a unique color scheme featuring different cultivars of roses and tulips or petunias depending on time of year. The exterior shrub beds in each courtyard contain similar shrub varieties interspersed with a few unique shrubs for variety.
