On January 6, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. the Second Session of the104th Legislature will convene in the George W. Norris Legislative Chamber of the Nebraska State Capitol. The second session meets for 60 legislative days and the 2016 Legislative calendar shows day 60 scheduled for April 20, 2016. Between now and then, bills will be introduced and assigned to Legislative Committees, public testimony will be given, and floor debate will or will not result in the passing of new laws.
