The second session of Nebraska’s 103rd Legislature will convene at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday January 8, 2014. The third floor public galleries will be available for citizens to come to the Capitol and watch the legislature in session. The Nebraska Legislature website has information for the public on the legislative process, how to contact a senator, tips for testifying at a public hearing, and links to live internet video streaming of the sessions and public hearings.
