Capitol Volunteer Norma Cochran received a special thank you from Governor Dave Heineman on March 8, 2011. Norma, seen here at the information desk she has staffed for 13 years as a volunteer with the Retired Senior Volunteer Program, holds her new commission. The Governor recognized Norma’s dedication and service by making her an Admiral in the Nebraska Navy. The Governor thanked her for helping citizens and visitors find there way in the Capitol.
