The entire student body of McPhee Elementary marched to the Capitol’s north steps to take a drug free pledge on November 2, 2012. Over two hundred students stood on the north steps of the Capitol and chanted….. WE…ELECT….TO BE DRUG FREE. Students then marched back to McPhee School one block south of the Capitol. The march and brief rally are part of the school’s Red Ribbon Week activities.
