SUMMARY:Capitol Tree Lighting Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:On Sunday December 10\, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Governor Jim Pillen and First Lady Suzanne Pillen will be in the 2nd floor rotunda of the Nebraska State Capitol to light the Official State Christmas tree. The program will include musical performances by children’s choirs\, followed by the Governor’s holiday message and the lighting of the tree. Following the program the Governor and First Lady will welcome guests to the Governor’s Residence for special Christmas activities.
